Puerto Community Hospital is seeking a Hospital Administrator for employment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Professional certification in healthcare management is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
Proven track record in managing hospital operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in supervising medical and non-medical staff.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, hospital operations, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage hospital budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Understanding of quality assurance, patient care standards, and risk management.
Familiarity with accreditation and licensing processes for healthcare facilities.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with medical staff, stakeholders, and government agencies.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle crises effectively.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
