Puerto Community Hospital is seeking a Hospital Administrator for employment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

  • Professional certification in healthcare management is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.

  • Proven track record in managing hospital operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in supervising medical and non-medical staff.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, hospital operations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to manage hospital budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.

  • Proficiency in hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

  • Understanding of quality assurance, patient care standards, and risk management.

  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensing processes for healthcare facilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with medical staff, stakeholders, and government agencies.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle crises effectively.
