Your Role

As a Administrative & Guest Services Coordinator, you will:

  • Communicate with guests, homeowners, and the STRM team to ensure clear, timely updates.
  • Support positive guest experiences while maximizing value for clients.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and records across departments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and manage reservations in
    Guesty
    and
    Breezeway
    .
  • Escalate issues as needed to supervisors and ensure proper documentation of tasks.
  • Perform safety and security checks (including sex offender checks) and review guest feedback.
  • Enter, match, and verify receipts and vendor reports using tools like
    Dext
    and
    Excel
    .
  • Support reporting by tracking role-specific and company metrics.
  • Perform data entry and maintain platforms for accurate information access.
  • Attend meetings and support additional administrative tasks as required.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer or client support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use discretion and read between the lines in guest communications

Preferred skills/experience

  • Experience in Short-Term Rentals, Hospitality, or Property Management
