Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a knack for technology? We're looking for someone to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig, and help clients with their accounting and software needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a key support for our clients: Help them resolve issues related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting, all while using our cutting-edge software.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Tackle basic accounting application issues and escalate more complex concerns to ensure quick resolution.
  • Improve our software: Document application errors, analyze performance, and suggest ways to make our software even better.
  • Maintain and monitor: Keep our software applications running smoothly by overseeing installations, maintenance, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Provide essential support: Offer front-line assistance to both clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone gets the help they need.

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of all accounting facets is essential.
  • While a CPA license is a plus, it's not required.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • You're highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
  • You can work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • You're a strong self-starter with a proactive attitude.

Work Setup:

  • Onsite: You'll work at our office in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Hybrid upon regularization: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model once you're regularized.
  • Dayshift only: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
