Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Team Lead located in Pasig. The Application Support Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of the application support team, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and manage problem management processes. Main tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical support to resolve issues efficiently. The Team Lead will also coordinate with various departments to improve application performance and reliability.
To be assigned as an Application Support Management
- Role may lead a small team, perform stakeholder management
- Backend and business process
- Will manage a Billing and related applications of the client
- Identify improvements in the batch process
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Support
- Role may lead a small team, perform stakeholder management
- Backend and business process
- Will manage a Billing and related applications of the client
- Identify improvements in the batch process
- Strong Analytical Skills and abilities in Problem Management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
