L1 Application Management Support

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for user issues and service requests.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and investigation on Angular, Flutter, and NodeJS applications.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and error logs to detect potential issues.
- Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to Level 2/3 teams with proper documentation
- Support routine tasks such as deployments, health checks, and batch monitoring under guidance.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to build the knowledge base.
- Provide regular status updates to users and stakeholders on reported issues. -Ensure proper ticket logging, classification, and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with senior support and development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in testing fixes, minor updates, or configuration changes when required
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science, IT or other related courses.
- OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
- Knowledge of Angular, Flutter, and NodeJS.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to follow support processes, prioritize tasks, and escalate appropriately.
