Identiti International, Inc. operates under the umbrella of Identiti, a leading U.S.-based signage and branding company. We specialize in serving international clients, particularly those with a strong presence in the U.S. market.

We're looking for a General Accountant (GA) who will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing reports, and supporting daily accounting operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Ledger & Reporting: Prepare and post manual journal entries , including those for recurring transactions (e.g., bank fees). Prepare the monthly financial review file for management reporting.
  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Take over and lead the month-end closing and reconciliation process. Be highly involved in annual account closing and financial statement preparation.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform and review balance sheet reconciliation for both US and EU subsidiaries , including high-level review of the general ledger movement. Match and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
  • Accounts Receivable & Revenue: Prepare customer billings while maintaining a master file for all subscription revenues. Execute revenue recognition from the Deferred Revenue account.
  • Fixed Assets: Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, ensuring depreciation is calculated correctly and identified as COGS.
  • Audit Support & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by providing supporting documents and explanations. Ensure the maintenance of a clear audit opinion. Handle VAT reconciliation and computation for tax compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Drive accounting system implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a Philippine resident and willing to work on-site in Makati
  • Willing to work the night shift (aligned with U.S business hours)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally as a Senior Associate or higher.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Accounting Seed, or QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Background in international accounting (U.S. and/or E.U. markets) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
