Job Role:

The General Accountant is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the expense and balance sheet accounts of the organization. He/She is also responsible to work with other department for process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of the monthly closing of the PNL (Accrual and analysis of accounts assigned)
  2. In charge of monthly Balance Sheet Review
  3. Review and preparation of Audit Schedules
  4. Coordination with store operations for accruals and store contentions
  5. Managing and maintaining accurate records of a company's inventory, reconciling inventory data, performing inventory audits, and preparing financial reports related to inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting related field with relevant experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Preferable managing and maintaining accurate records of a company's inventory, reconciling inventory data, performing inventory audits
  • Preferably with experience in restaurant or retail industry
  • Preferably with experience in using SAP ECC and Business Intelligent system such as Qlikview
