Land Development and Housing Design Engineer

Job Description:

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department's land development unit
  • In-charge of in-house land development design and overall land development design manager.
  • Direct, monitor and check engineering drawings, calculations, details, specifications and procedure for company's Projects
  • Direct, monitor and check budgets and other related land dev and house construction cost
  • Mentor the engineering team and further develop their skills land dev't design & management
  • Perform administrative functions such as management of Engineering Unit's budget, staff, etc.

Job Competencies:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Preferably at least 10-years relevant experience gained from Civil Works Design Firm or Construction Industy/Real Estate Development
  • Knowledgeable in Civil 3D and other Civil Works related Software (Civil 3D, Epanet, Strom Drain, Sewer & Water Gems, etc.)
  • Experienced in managing consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align design output with cost, schedule, and quality targets
