Job Description


• Responsible for implementing standard operating procedures and proper work methodologies for Survey Works.


• Analyze control and survey data to ensure adherence to specifications and land survey standards.


• Leads the team of surveyors and ensures all instructions from Project In Charge and Project Manager are properly relayed and implemented.


• Prepares weekly internal surveys and line and grade reports.


• Coordinate and collaborate with the heads of building construction and land development for layout provision, markings and positioning, and other survey-related matters as required.


• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces


• Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment in the site


• Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards


• Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations


• Create and submit weekly progress reports

Qualifications


• Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Geodetic Engineering or any related course.


• PRC License is an Advantage


• At least with (5) years working experience as Geodetic Engineer


• With the skills and abilities in project management and technical drafting


• Knowledge in computer software based; Global Mapper, Autocad, Autocad Civil 3D, MS Office


• With surveying background in construction related to Housing, Road, Bridge and Building Construction.
