Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Quality Manager - Travel and Hospitality Program. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality assurance processes within the travel and hospitality program, including developing quality standards, monitoring performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related field
  • Skills in developing and implementing quality standards, conducting audits, and performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams
  • Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry
    required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila (MAAX Site/ Mall of Asia)
