The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of the manufacturing plant's facilities and equipment. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills to manage a team, ensuring facility safety, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including supervisors, planners, and technicians.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Oversee facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage facility-related projects, including upgrades, repairs, and capital improvements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams for equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets and forecast resource needs.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies regarding facilities management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance reports.
  • Promote a safe working environment with adherence to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, generators, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations concerning facilities and environmental compliance.

Preferred:

  • Certification related to facilities management or maintenance management.
  • Experience with ISO standards or other quality management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
