Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
 Develop and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

·
Design Translation:
 Convert creative concepts into functional, buildable technical solutions while maintaining design intent.

·
Compliance & Standards:
 Ensure designs comply with international codes, local building regulations, and project requirements.

·
Coordination:
 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including master planners, landscape architects, engineers, and contractors.

·
Problem Solving:
 Provide technical solutions to address constructability, design challenges, and client requirements.

·
Client Interaction:
 Present and explain technical aspects of design proposals to clients and stakeholders in clear English.

·
Innovation:
 Incorporate new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into technical design work.

·
Mentorship:
 Guide and support junior architects in developing strong technical design skills.

·
Quality Assurance:
 Review and approve design documents to ensure precision, accuracy, and high quality.

·
Reporting:
 Prepare technical reports and updates for project directors and clients.

Qualifications:

Education:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

·
Experience:
 Minimum of 7–10 years of architectural technical design experience, preferably with international project exposure.

Technical Skills:
 Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
