Key Responsibilities Analyze and generate weekly, monthly and long‑range forecast based on baseline trends, marketing & sales initiatives, market trends and external risks/opportunities. Generate per depot per SKU forecast based on historical splits and growth projections. Generate sales analytics reports using technology (FEU, PowerBI) and present relevant information to stakeholders for decision‑making. Lead Demand Review Meeting to align 4–18 month demand with CD, Brand and Planning, with clear assumptions on baseline, NPI, promotions, cabinet deployment, etc. Generate long‑range forecast for long‑term capacity planning in factory and distribution. Lead Weekly Forecast Meeting to align short‑term latest view forecast, identify risks and opportunities to maximize demand. Ensure forecast accuracy >69% and bias +/-3%; maintain volume/value disconnect of 2.0% FY. Collaborate with FG, Materials and CD team to accurately forecast depletion of phased‑out SKUs up to depot level and maintain high case‑fill and zero business waste risk. Collaborate with outbound logistics to develop new distribution network to deliver best‑in‑class CCFOT and achieve lowest cost to deliver. Ensure integrity of the SAP, FEU and Kinaxis master‑data file through timely data maintenance of finished‑goods item codes (active, inactive, NPIs). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics. At least 2 years experience in demand planning. Familiar with SAP functionalities and proficient in PowerBI. Full understanding of demand planning tools and KPIs. Leadership skills to drive cross‑functional departments. Strong stakeholder engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent data analytics skills. Comfortable handling large amounts of numeric data. Service‑oriented attitude.
