QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer or Master Electrician
  • With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment as a process engineer, automation engineer, facilities engineer, machine maintenance engineer.
  • Collaborative communication
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • With very good communication, presentation, and leadership skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts planning, development, design and maintenance of facilities for all LPI building and property.
  • Propose modification of existing structures that needs repair and rectifications.
  • Monitors, analyzes and applies countermeasure on the quality performance of the production section or line/s by means of applying analytical and statistical tools.
  • Prepares, revises and updates all specification documents, forms, memos, engineering plan needed in the production of each product.
  • Ensure that safety protocols are practiced and well implemented
  • Do root-cause analysis and do countermeasure, elimination of problem and improve the process.
  • Applies sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices and carries out assignments which require the exercise of judgement and independent evaluation.
  • Responsible in submitting maintenance reports.
  • Creates methodologies and process flow relative to maintaining all equipment
  • Manage and expedite application and renewal of permits and licenses needed for government compliance.
  • Attends meeting related to maintaining and facility management.
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
