FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • With valid PRC license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues.
  • Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, particularly spare parts monitoring and
  • procurement, ensuring availability of critical materials for maintenance work.
  • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa for Direct Hire.
