Job Qualifications - FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
- NCII Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Plumbing, or related field is preferred but not required
- Graduate of at least High School or College Level
- With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or property maintenance
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Can work with minimal supervision and is willing to be assigned to various tasks as needed
- Knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance work is a must
Job Responsibilities - FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Conduct basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Assist in installation, relocation, and set-up of office furniture or equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of utility and common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
- Assist other technicians or contractors when needed
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
