JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection systems.
  • Must have back ground with chillers, air compressors, air conditioning units, diesel generators, fire protection systems and other facilities equipment.
  • Coordinate and manage facility-related projects such as renovations, equipment installation, energy efficiency upgrades, and space planning.
  • Support production operations by ensuring reliable facility systems and utilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors and maintenance personnel.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and facility reliability improvements.
  • Troubleshoot facility system failures and drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and support internal and customer-driven compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of facility or maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and regulatory codes
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer / Master Electrician is a plus.
