About the Role
We're hiring Call Center Associates to support a medical services account under a
one-year project-based contract
. You'll assist members, hospitals, and providers with inquiries, policy updates, and claims guidance. This role is ideal for those seeking real-world experience in
medical or healthcare support
and serves as a stepping stone to higher-paying BPO opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle member and provider inquiries via calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Validate policies and provide network information.
- Assist medical providers with manual approvals and pre-authorization requests.
- Forward policy amendments, renewal inquiries, and hospital reports.
- Guide members and providers on claims processes and pre-approval requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-through.
- Document transactions and track follow-ups for continuous improvement.
- Send Debit Notes for Excess of Benefits charges and forward qualified sales leads.
