About the Role
We're hiring Call Center Associates to support a medical services account under a one-year project-based contract. This role involves assisting members, hospitals, and providers with inquiries, policy updates, and claims guidance.
It's a great fit for those who want real-world experience in the medical or healthcare support field — and an excellent stepping stone toward higher-paying BPO opportunities in the future.
What You'll Do
- Handle member and provider inquiries through calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Validate policies and provide network information.
- Assist medical providers with manual approvals and pre-authorization requests.
- Forward policy amendments, renewal inquiries, and hospital reports.
- Offer guidance on claims processes and pre-approval requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-through.
- Document all transactions and track follow-ups for continuous improvement.
- Send Debit Notes for Excess of Benefits charges and forward qualified sales leads.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of call center experience (voice or non-voice).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling medical-related information.
- Willing to work night shifts and onsite.
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
