About the Role

We're hiring Call Center Associates to support a medical services account under a one-year project-based contract. This role involves assisting members, hospitals, and providers with inquiries, policy updates, and claims guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Handle member and provider inquiries through calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Validate policies and provide network information.
  • Assist medical providers with manual approvals and pre-authorization requests.
  • Forward policy amendments, renewal inquiries, and hospital reports.
  • Offer guidance on claims processes and pre-approval requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-through.
  • Document all transactions and track follow-ups for continuous improvement.
  • Send Debit Notes for Excess of Benefits charges and forward qualified sales leads.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of call center experience (voice or non-voice).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling medical-related information.
  • Willing to work night shifts and onsite.
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
