About the role

As a Branch Supervisor at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the branch, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate all store activities to meet sales targets and operational goals
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and merchandising in the store
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to resolve issues effectively
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Analyse store performance data and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with the regional management team on strategic initiatives
