The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch, department, or assigned unit in the absence of the regular manager or head. The OIC ensures smooth workflow, supervises staff, implements company policies, and maintains operational efficiency while safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Implement company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as reports, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff performance.

  • Coordinate with other departments for operational needs.

  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and resources.

  • Manage inventory and oversee supply requests.

  • Represent the company in meetings or official functions when required.

  • Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred but not always required).

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Knowledge of basic office administration and operational procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Willing to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks.

  • At least 3 - 5 Years experience in Supervisor/Leadership
