As a Branch Supervisor you are responsible with:

  • Lead the team in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent branch performance.
  • Oversee daily operations and promptly report concerns or issues to management.
  • Coordinate with other departments and the social media team to support smooth operations, menu availability, delivery updates, and customer concerns.
  • Supervise inventory, cash handling, and ensure accurate reporting of sales, stocks, and incidents.
  • Maintain proper branch upkeep, efficiency, and minimal operational issues.
  • Support baristas and staff when needed, ensuring teamwork and productivity.
  • Submit end-of-day and other required reports to management.
  • Ensure overall staff performance, discipline, and compliance with company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
