Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to manage life and non-life insurance claims. The role involves end-to-end claims processing, professional communication with clients primarily through email, and oversight of a team. The Claims Specialist will also support team development through training facilitation and quality assurance auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review life and non-life insurance claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders primarily through email to provide updates, clarifications, and resolutions
- Lead and support a team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous training sessions to improve team knowledge and skills
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Prepare reports related to claims performance, QA results, and training outcomes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year college degree
- With BPO experience
- Experience in claims processing, insurance accounts, or related roles is preferred
- Team lead, training, or QA experience is a plus
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
