
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our CFO. The role involves executive support, supplier coordination, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the CFO, including calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, financial documents, and other materials.
- Act as liaison between the CFO, internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate events such as meetings, workshops, retreats, and corporate functions, including vendor sourcing and logistics.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursements.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Monitor deadlines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support special projects as assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years' experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
- Experience in event planning and supplier coordination
- Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
