
Administrative Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and confidentiality of company records.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees when necessary.
- Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a professional working environment.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
