Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and confidentiality of company records.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees when necessary.
  • Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a professional working environment.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
