We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our finance department with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks. This role will ensure accurate financial records, assist in preparing financial statements, and maintain compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on collections.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in filing returns.
  • Support external auditors by providing required documentation and schedules.
  • Collecting and organizing receipts (sales, purchases, expenses, reimbursements, etc.).
  • Recording transactions in the accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, manual books).
  • Matching receipts with invoices, vouchers, or expense reports.
  • Filing and safekeeping receipts for audit and compliance purposes (e.g., BIR requirements in the Philippines).
  • Reconciling receipts against bank statements, petty cash, or credit card statements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and Philippine tax compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday
  • On-site
  • Office is located at Retiro, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
