  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.  As we grow, we need a dedicated professional to support our team with administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and account management.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain financial records and ledgers for BTG.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Other duties as required.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organise emails and calendars.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and teleconferences.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant/Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with tax preparation is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
