The Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketer will be responsible for helping achieve the ECommerce Team's sales, reach, and engagement targets by working on marketing campaigns on Webstore and Marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze current advertising trends and consumer behavior.
  2. Study competitors' pricing, product presentation, and marketing strategies.
  3. Identify and decide on the most effective ad placements and platforms.
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to reach target audiences.
  5. Lead and collaborate on content creation projects aligned with brand goals.
  6. Conceptualize and manage engaging email marketing campaigns.
  7. Track and analyze digital traffic and campaign performance metrics.
  8. Monitor social media engagement and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
  9. Optimize paid advertising campaigns through SEO, SEM, and other growth tools.
  10. Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and Facebook/Meta Business Insights.
  • Background in e-commerce marketing and content management for marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • Previous work experience with or for Shopee or Lazada is a strong advantage.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital commerce.

  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • High level of digital literacy and familiarity with online marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to generate and interpret quantitative and qualitative reports to guide strategy.

  • Skilled in presenting and pitching strategies, insights, and campaign results to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
