Job Summary

The
Senior Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager
is responsible for leading the end-to-end analytics and insights function for the company's real estate portfolio. This role delivers data-driven intelligence that guides marketing strategy, campaign optimization, product positioning, and executive decision-making.

The position oversees the creation of standard performance reports, competitive assessments, consumer behavior insights, market analysis, and business performance reviews. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capability who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Marketing Analytics & Standard Reporting

  • Lead the development and delivery of enterprise marketing dashboards and standardized reports, including lead generation, media performance, funnel metrics, and sales contribution.
  • Ensure reporting consistency, data accuracy, and timely dissemination across business units.
  • Establish KPIs, performance benchmarks, and measurement frameworks aligned with marketing objectives.

B. Performance Requirements & Optimization

  • Define performance indicators and minimum performance standards for marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and recommend optimizations based on ROI, cost-efficiency, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to improve lead quality and funnel conversion rates.

C. Competitive Analysis & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities including pricing, promotions, project launches, brand engagement, digital presence, and share of voice.
  • Develop competitor intelligence reports and strategic implications for marketing and business units.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic indicators relevant to real estate.

D. Consumer Behavior & Customer Insights

  • Conduct research on buyer motivations, preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends in residential, commercial, and mixed-use markets.
  • Work with internal and external research partners to run surveys, market studies, segment profiling, and customer satisfaction analyses.
  • Translate insights into implications for brand messaging, targeting, campaign design, and product strategy.

E. Market Insights & Opportunity Mapping

  • Identify market opportunities, white spaces, and demand gaps through data-driven analysis.
  • Provide insight-based recommendations for new project concepts, pricing strategies, and geographic expansion.
  • Partner with Project Development and Sales in evaluating market feasibility and forecasting scenarios.

F. Business Analysis & Executive Reporting

  • Consolidate data from marketing, sales, CRM, and market research to build comprehensive business insights.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for senior management, including ExCom and Board-level reports.
  • Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic marketing decisions.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or insights strategy, ideally within real estate, FMCG, telco, banking and finance, or other data-driven industries.
  • Strong experience in data visualization, dashboarding, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • With excellent communication skills and able to present data and narratives clearly to executives.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Research teams.
