We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to help us streamline workflows, manage client deliverables, and keep campaigns running on track. This role is ideal for someone with agency project management experience who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and has a knack for organization, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
You'll oversee client project timelines, ensure account managers stay aligned, and support analytics/reporting for campaign performance. If you've worked in a marketing or creative agency before and love helping teams deliver their best work, this role is for you.

Project Management & Workflow Tracking
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure account managers stay on top of campaign activities and deadlines.
- Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics for social media campaigns (with a focus on Twitter launches).
- Compile reports and share insights with internal teams and clients.
- Support data-driven decision-making to optimize future campaigns.
Client & Team Coordination
- Partner with account managers to ensure smooth client communication and delivery.
- Keep creative, strategy, and content teams aligned on project priorities.
- Flag risks, blockers, or missed deadlines and escalate when needed.
- 2–4+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive on keeping projects moving.
- Skilled in building reports, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing or reporting on Twitter campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media growth strategies or content-first campaigns.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.).
