A premier local bank is seeking experienced and versatile IT Project Managers to lead critical technology projects across various domains, including Core Business Delivery, CRM, and Contact Center solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the bank.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Project Management: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), timelines, and resource allocation.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, facilitating technical issue resolution during SIT and UAT phases.Scope & Requirements Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Financial Management: Prepare project charters and business cases, obtain funding approval, and manage project budgets.Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects comply with IT standards, internal policies, and regulations from governing bodies (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas).Deployment Oversight: Review and guide deployment activities, ensuring smooth and successful implementation of solutions.Qualifications:A minimum of 5-8 years of solid experience in end-to-end IT project management, preferably within the financial services industry.Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects (e.g., >1 year, >30 people, >$5M USD).Strong knowledge of various project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban, Agile, PRINCE2). Relevant certifications are a significant advantage.Demonstrated expertise in all core project management areas: stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, scope management, financial oversight, and vendor relations.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, or similar technologies is an advantage.If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving technological innovation in the banking industry, we encourage you to apply.
