Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In-line Inspection.
  • CGMP's monitoring.
  • Inspection of product's parameters (weight, packaging, labels, particle size).
  • Investigation of non-conformance for product quality issues and food safety issues.
  • Check manufacturing processes and ensure compliance according to ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 V6, and HALAL.
  • Receiving Inspection.
  • Incoming raw materials (sugar, other materials).
  • Packaging materials.
  • Pre-samples.
  • Monitoring and Testing Samples
  • Outgoing finished goods.
  • Pre-samples testing.
  • Raw materials.
  • Pre-samples report.
  • Non-conformance (NQD) report.
  • Packaging materials.
  • Validation of returns and rejects of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Product returns monitoring.
  • Product sample retention monitoring.
  • Performs other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/ mission of the department and/or as assigned by superior.
  • Adhere to the established Food Safety procedures and policies of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology or any food related course.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance gained in manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity in Quality Assurance procedures and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
