DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Supervise and lead the delivery team, fostering a collaborative and

high-performance work environment.

● Assign daily tasks and delivery routes to team members, ensuring optimal use of

resources.

● Monitor team performance, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

● Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and discuss

improvement strategies.

● Coordinate with other departments to understand and prioritize delivery requirements.

● Adjust schedules proactively to accommodate changes or unexpected issues, ensuring

minimal disruption to operations.

● Ensure all deliveries are carried out in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

● Monitor the condition and performance of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are well

maintained and in good working order.

● Oversee the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles, coordinating with the

maintenance team as necessary.

● Ensure all transportation activities comply with company policies, environmental

standards, and local regulations.

● Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect team members and goods.

● Conduct regular safety training and drills for the Green Delivery Specialist team to

reinforce best practices.

● Serve as the primary point of contact between the Fleet Department and other

departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.

● Communicate with clients and customers to provide updates on delivery status and

resolve any issues promptly.

● Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance, vehicle status, and team

productivity.

● Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and

reduce operational costs.

● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in transportation and fleet

management.

● Propose and implement initiatives to support the company's sustainability goals and

enhance operational performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Certifications in Transportation Management are a plus.

● 2-3 years in transportation coordination or fleet management, with supervisory

experience.

● Knowledge of transportation management systems, scheduling, route optimization, and

vehicle maintenance.

● Ability to lead and train a team, and effectively communicate with other departments

and clients.

● Proficiency in task assignment, schedule adjustments, and managing multiple priorities.

● Understanding of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.

● Skills in preparing reports, analyzing performance, and implementing process

improvements.

● Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

● Experience in client communication and issue resolution.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
