BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for acquiring new clients as well as maintaining and strengthening business relationships with existing clients to ensure agreed sales targets are met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthens business relationships with existing clients by ensuring client satisfaction through regular client visits and by acting promptly on client's request and feedback.
- Acquired new accounts with potential clients and ensures timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Closes deals with existing or new accounts, issues agreed insurance policy and secures client's signature to confirm acceptance. Forwards copy of the signed insurance as proof of sales to the Accounting Department.
- Collects payment and issues Official Receipt (OR) to clients.
- Assists Immediate Superior in designing strategic sales plans and applies updated and proven effective schemes to ensure strong client base and attainment of revenue target.
- Coordinates with concerned units regarding reconciliation of discrepancies, marketing arrangements, funding, logical support and actual revenue to ensure accurate billing and collection.
- Submits monthly sales report to the Immediate Superior.
- Attends to queries and complaints raised by clients and devises plan to address concerns.
- Elevates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate action.
MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Graduate of 4 years baccalaureate course/Bachelor's degree in a general subject course
- one (1) year experience in the field of sales and marketing
