  1. Client Relationship Development

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients from the CRM.

  3. Understand client needs and identify opportunities to introduce logistics services.

  4. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery.

  5. Lead Generation & Sales Building

  6. Identify potential clients within target industries or territories.

  7. Assist in pitching and presenting company logistics solutions.
  8. Follow up on leads generated from CRM activities to convert them into active accounts.

  9. Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

  10. Sales & Business Growth Tracking

  11. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and potential business opportunities.

  12. Prepare regular reports on sales leads, pipeline progress, and client feedback.

  13. Track conversion of relationships and leads into active accounts.

  14. Learning & Development

  15. Participate in trainings on sales strategies, logistics offerings, and client acquisition.

  16. Apply learning to identify and pursue business opportunities.

  17. Stay updated on logistics industry trends, competitors, and service offerings.

  18. Professionalism & Team Collaboration

  19. Collaborate closely with the CRM/operations team to ensure smooth client servicing.

  20. Exhibit ethical, proactive, and God-fearing behavior in all dealings.
  21. Demonstrate accountability, punctuality, and a positive, learning-oriented mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with experience as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in shipping lines or logistics companies.
