About the Job

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive financial professional? We're looking for a
Finance Associate
to join our team and play a key role in our financial management. In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to ensure accuracy and contribute to strategic financial planning. If you have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • General Accounting Oversight:
    You'll monitor and maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    You'll prepare quarterly and on-demand financial statements, collaborate with auditors, and provide recommendations based on financial reporting.
  • Strategic Planning:
    You'll help set short-term and long-term financial goals, develop financial models and projections, and analyze performance to guide strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Financial Acumen:
    You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Spreadsheets:
    You'll need strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create financial models, charts, and tables.
  • Communication Skills:
    You must be comfortable presenting financial data clearly to shareholders and have experience preparing visual reports and financial summaries.
