Jr. Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through strategic prospecting and account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to support product development and business strategy.
- Ensure excellent customer service from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Regional Director, and team to align on goals and initiatives.
- Support sales and marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and market research.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, with a focus on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the construction industry. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Fast learner with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
