SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Responsible in ensuring that clients' and own company's Sales needs and targets are met.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT & WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with the electrical industry or market in which the company operates can be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Can drive a car and has a driver's license.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Customer Relation and Presentation skills, product knowledge, pricing, negotiation, networking and persuasion skills. Time Management, Coordination, Business and Technical writing skills.

Job Description – VISMIN Junior Sales Engineer

· Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements

· Building and maintaining strong relationship with internal stakeholders

· Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor product/services

· Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery

· Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

· Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

· Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any technical inquiries and concerns

· Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required

· Arrange and carry out product training

· Analyze costs and sales

· Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records

· Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects

· Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

· Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs

· Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
