Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines A.C Properties Inc. Full time ₱450,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bidding documents such as eligibility, technical and financial documents;
  • Prepare work schedules and programs using bar charts or PERT-CPMs;
  • Prepare cost estimates, manpower schedules, equipment utilization schedules, cash flows, safety programs and other technical documents;
  • Attend to project coordination meetings, pre-bid conferences, site inspections and contract negotiation meetings; and
  • Perform project presentations and prepare monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be registered Civil Engineers or Architects with 3 to 10 years of related work experience. Knowledge in government biddings will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and other applicable softwares.
  • With excellent academic records and preferably active in various professional organizations.
  • ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
