QS/Cost Engineers

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines A.C Properties Inc. Full time ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity surveying and detailed cost estimates including BOM, BOQ and DUPA;
  • Prepare work schedules and programs using bar charts or PERT-CPMs;
  • Prepare manpower schedules, equipment utilization schedules, cash flows and other technical documents;
  • Attend to project coordination meetings, site inspections and other technical meetings; and
  • Perform project presentations and prepare monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be licensed Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers with 2 to 5years of related work experience. Knowledge in government projects will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate using MS Word/Excel, AutoCAD, Planswift and other applicable software.
  • With excellent academic records and preferably active in various professional organizations.
  • ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
