Job Duties and Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Reconciles data of orders placed, orders received, and incoming orders
  • Responsible for processing of orders of Outright accounts
  • Ensures that allocations and replenishments are properly dispatched in a timely manner to FSS, Concession, and Consignment accounts, in proper coordination with Warehouse
  • Participates in Product Presentation, actively taking down notes and consolidates the feedback on a per Style level

Stock Inventory Management

  • Process allocation for new doors and new styles, selling events, bulk purchases and stock offers.
  • Ensures timely and proper replenishment across all stores down to style, color and sizes.
  • Ensures that inventory per store is at its optimal level (i.e. initiates stock transfers when necessary)
  • Works closely with Sales and Operations Team
  • Preparation of actual merchandise for sampling/product presentation

Database Management

  • SKU Labeling – ensures that all SKUs are in their correct product hierarchy according to each brand's architecture.

Communication

  • Prepares price adjustments / revisions, new merchandise descriptions, promo memo etc.

Sales & Inventory Adjustment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Has background and knowledge in Merchandising and/ or retail store operations.
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
