Roving Merchandiser

About the role

As a Roving Merchandiser at THUNDERBIRD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE CORP.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of merchandising and in-store display activities across multiple retail locations in Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular visits to assigned retail stores to maintain and update product displays, shelving, and inventory
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
• Implement and monitor brand-specific merchandising guidelines and standards
• Identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement in the retail environment
• Gather and report on key performance metrics and insights to drive informed decision-making
• Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns and new product launches
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador to customers

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with store personnel
• Familiarity with retail best practices, visual merchandising, and in-store display techniques
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with data analysis and reporting
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring a seamless, visually appealing shopping experience
