About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our International Marketing Group as a Members Benefits Assistant in our Makati City Metro Manila office. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to our members benefits team. As a full-time role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our members benefits processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to our members by responding to inquiries, processing claims, and managing member accounts
  2. Assisting with the administration of our members benefits programmes, including data entry, documentation, and reporting
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of member requests
  4. Maintaining detailed records and files to support the members benefits operations
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of more efficient workflows
  6. Providing administrative support to the members benefits team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or members benefits role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members and cross-functional teams
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  4. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for supporting our members
