RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing marketing officers' deliverables and training
  • In-charge of Marketing Budget from preparation, monitoring, and liquidation for weekly and seasonal events.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the restaurant's brand image, culinary vision, and target clientele.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand identity across all customer touchpoints (menus, digital assets, events, décor).
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Oversee content creation and management for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns (Sms, email marketing) to drive reservations, private events, and guest engagement
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for compelling storytelling.
  • Handling VIP events by coordinating between client and operations team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, food bloggers, and influencers.
  • Coordinate press releases, chef interviews, and media events to maximize brand exposure
  • Develop loyalty programs or personalized experiences to enhance guest retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to improve marketing strategies and guest satisfaction.
  • Work with reservation to track guest preferences and market
