We're looking for a fashion-loving, creative Social Media Marketing & Content Strategist who understands the digital culture of Gen Z and Millennials. If you love fashion, have a passion for storytelling, and know how to turn ideas into engaging campaigns and content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Content Strategy. Develop and implement strategies aligned with brand goals. Build and manage content calendars across platforms. Analyze performance data and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Production & Oversight. Lead photo and video shoots, guiding photographers and videographers to deliver the brand vision. Mentor content creators and interns. Review and approve content before posting, ensuring tone and style match brand standards. Check all outputs for accuracy, polish, and quality.
  • Creative Contribution. Develop campaign ideas with strong storytelling and creative direction. Join content creation when needed, including being on camera or in interviews. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and formats to keep strategies fresh.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, collaborative, and professional.
  • Strong time management; able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented in reviewing and executing content.
  • Comfortable both behind the scenes and on camera.
  • Trend-savvy, adaptable, and collaborative.

Work Setup

  • Flexible Hybrid. Mostly online collaboration.
  • In-Person. Required only for shoot days or occasional coworking sessions within Metro Manila.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
