Job Summary:

The Market Safety Admin Support is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting environmental and safety documentation. This role requires strong technical proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth delivery of healthcare services and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor performance metrics to support clinic governance.
  • Consolidate, document, and manage Local Government Unit (LGU) permits and licenses for legal compliance.
  • Ensure timely renewal, validation, and submission of clinic-related permits and licenses.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization reports using Power BI.
  • Utilize Microsoft Lists and Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate reporting.
  • Consolidate and submit environmental data (e.g., electricity and water consumption) for the Performance Management System (PMS) report.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Power Automate, and AI applications.
  • Strong background in clinic operations, healthcare compliance, or regulatory documentation.
  • Preferably with experience or training as a Safety Officer and/or Pollution Control Officer.
