About the Position

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Customer Service & Admin Support Representative to join our growing team In this position, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and working closely with our logistics department to ensure accurate delivery updates. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone and email.
  • Accurately process orders with close attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with logistics to supply customers with correct estimated delivery times.
  • Address complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Update and manage customer information using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Unleashed, and Outlook.
  • Support customers with product questions, order placements, and general sales inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management.
  • Capability to handle customer issues in a professional and calm manner.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.
