Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide critical support to the legal and finance teams by handling essential documentation, assisting with property inquiries, raising purchase orders, and managing data and reports. Your accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail will help streamline legal operations across multiple functions.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 03:00 PM to 12:00 MN (adjusting to 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM with British Summertime changes)
Salary: PHP 25,000 to PHP40,000
Work setup: Hybrid, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Skilled in writing and producing professional correspondence
- Experienced in property management or legal support functions
- Skilled in tracking data and maintaining reports
- Capable of engaging effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Holds a solid general educational background
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist with basic legal documents such as licenses
- Support the finance team with requests for property information
- Raise purchase orders on behalf of the legal team
- Handle property inquiries
- Manage rent reviews
- Input new property details into the property database
- File documents on the internal document system
- Produce spreadsheets with basic property information
- Collate information to respond to business requests
Additional Responsibilities for the Legal Team
- Assist with archiving
- Check documents and form reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
