The role

As an Accounts Executive at Alapaap Printing Solutions Inc., you will play a key role in building and nurturing strong client relationships. This full-time role, based in Cubao, Quezon City, is vital to driving the growth and success of our printing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to client inquiries.
  2. Handle client orders and make sure expectations are met.
  3. Forge good professional relationships with clients.
  4. Generate leads and acquire new accounts with the help of the marketing team.
  5. Work hand in hand with the marketing team in coming up with strategies to better sales performance.

What we're looking for

  1. At Least 1-2 years of CSR experience.
  2. With college experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Fluent in English
  4. knowledgeable in Microsoft Word / Google Docs, Excel / Google Sheets
  5. knowledgeable in using Facebook business Suit
  6. account and events management experience is a plus.
