A&L Fishpond and Hatchery Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Officer to lead efforts in expanding our fish and seafood trading business. Job Posting Summary: Sales & Marketing Officer – Fish & Seafood Trading

A&L Fishpond and Hatchery Inc., a growing aquaculture enterprise, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth in our fish and seafood trading business. This role combines sales execution, customer relationship management, and creative marketing to expand our reach in both wholesale and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in fish and seafood trading.
  • Manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and build long-term client relationships (restaurants, markets, distributors, and direct buyers).
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote A&L's fresh, high-quality seafood products.
  • Monitor pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to guide business strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely supply, accurate product information, and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare regular sales and market performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fisheries, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years' experience in sales, trading, or marketing (preferably in food, agribusiness, or FMCG).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge or background in fish/seafood industry is an advantage but not required.
